Inspired by the Mad Hatter movie this custom couture dress is sure to turn some heads.  
Embroidered bodice and skirt and loads  of details.  A fluffy and bouncy petticoat with three layers of gathered ruffles. Velcro closures at the neck and waist for easy dressing.
